If You Purchased A Group Package, Hotel Package, or Table Reservation... Your One E-Ticket will be Redeemed For Multiple Wristbands At Event  Check In. For Example, If Your Package Comes With 4 Tickets, You Will  Scan Your Single E-Ticket At Event Check-In Then Receive 4 Event Wristbands For You & Your Entourage.

Please Allow At Least 72 Business Hours To Receive A Confirmation Email From The Hotel.  If you haven't received a confirmation e-mail from the hotel after 72 business hours, please contact us at info@myVIPlife.com for more information.

Yes, the event can be accessed and experienced by individuals with disabilities.  In accordance with the American with Disabilities Act, all host venues provide multiple options for handicap access.  For special consideration and escort, please contact us.

Walk Up Sales Are Not Available.   Guests are encouraged to purchase tickets on myVIPlife.com prior to arriving to the event.  If  not Sold Out, tickets will be available for purchase after the event has started.

All Events Are Strictly Open To Guests That Are Age 21 and Up.  All guests must show valid government issued identification for event entry.

The Complimentary Bar Is Commonly Known As An Open Bar.  Guests will be able to enjoy unlimited refreshing beverages as long as they aren't causing an unsafe environment for themselves, other guests, or our service associates.  Please Drink Responsibly.   Water, soft drinks, and mock-tails will also be available.

YES! There will be Vegetarian food options labeled at hosted bar + food events.

VIP guests will be invited to enter the event at 9:15 PM for a special cocktail hour beginning at 9:30 PM featuring an extra course of lite bites and specialty entertainment acts.

GA guests will be able to enter the event at 10:15 PM with complimentary bar and food beginning at 10:30 PM.

All guests will enjoy elevated cocktail choices and gourmet hors d'oeuvres.

Earn discounted tickets when you purchase five or more individual tickets.  Individual tickets are limited to four while Group packages have a minimum of five tickets.  

There is no difference in guest perks between Individual and Group packages.  The only difference between Individual tickets and Group Packages is the discounted price.

In conjunction with the host venue, My VIP Life Hospitality implements safety protocols for armed off duty law enforcement and unarmed private security officers that will be on site for the duration of the event to ensure the safety of all guests and associates.

Tickets are transferable/ re-sellable but hotel rooms are not.  If guests choose not to attend the event, they may transfer event tickets or contact us (info@myVIPlife.com) to potentially receive a credit for future events.

All Sales Are Final.  However, If The Event Is Cancelled By Venue and/ or My VIP Life Hospitality, Guests will receive a full refund.  If the Event Is Postponed By Venue and/ or MY VIP Life Hospitality, Guests will have the option to receive a refund or credit for future events.
